OBJECTIVES: To make available to property owners when outside or local funding sources have been made available the resources necessary to install new sidewalks or to replace defective sidewalks. The sidewalks installed are to current City standards for the safety of pedestrians.
LEVEL OF SERVICE: To provide the financial loan to install the sidewalks on an as-needed basis or as requested. Loan payments are made to the City with interest.
