AGENDA

A.  Community Action Plan update and adoption

City Administrator Earl Wilson reviewed previous meetings at which time the Community Action Plan was reviewed and revised, and introduced Brian Hoffman, Siskiyou County Economic Development Council to facilitate the meeting’s activities.

Mr. Hoffman reviewed the project prioritization that resulted from the Council’s last meeting on the Plan, noting that economic development, beautification, rehabilitation of City Hall and downtown parking received top rankings.  Mr. Hoffman recommended focus on these items to determine the “who”, “what”, and “when” for the projects.

A round table discussion ensued, and ideas were developed.  City Administrator Wilson stated that Planning Commissioner Dillingham submitted an idea for directional signage and after discussion, it was added to the Plan.
