OBJECTIVES: The City has received Community Development Block Grants to make loans available to businesses. These loans are to fill the gap between the amount needed for the business expansion or location and the amount available by the owner's investment plus the financial institution loans. The payment of existing loans provides the funding for additional loans.
LEVEL OF SERVICE: To provide for new loans and the administration of the outstanding loans.
